I like to point out that once you accumulate enough posts to request hosting you do not need to post again.
I do have a policy where if you do not use your subdomain/domain after a week will send an email stating just that.
If you do not respond within a couple days your account will be suspended.
If you still do not respond to the email your hosting account will be terminated and your post count reset to zero.
